He made everything very clear, and was available for emails and phone calls. We booked with him in January 2020 for our June wedding, and when the virus hit, he was so supportive and flexible. We were initially on the fence about hiring a videographer but once I saw Mark's videos, I knew that he was the only videographer we wanted. He actually initially was too booked for our wedding month when our planner contacted him but we cold called him and essentially begged him to take us on - we're so lucky he said yes! We've had our wedding video from Mark for about 3 days now and when I say that I've watched it 30 times, I'm not exaggerating. He did an INCREDIBLE job capturing the look, feel, and emotion of our day. It looks so beautiful but yet true-to-life and not overly dramatic/cheesy the way other wedding videos can sometimes be (no slo-mo aggressive zoom shots). My friends have told me they cried all over again watching this video and I know it's something that I'll treasure for years to come. 8-9 minutes is also the perfect length of time to be able to watch it over and over and over :) We got the package that also includes a documentary edit of our ceremony and it is so, so lovely to have our full vows recorded and to be able to see everyone else walk down the aisle ahead of us (I only got to see the backs of their heads for this part since I was the bride!) Also, the ceremony edit has all of the specific music we chose for the day and it's lovely to hear it back, especially because my husband's sister played the piano for our processional. Finally, he also sent over all of the raw footage and somehow the "rawness" of the unused footage (shakey camera angles and all) makes it even more great. We especially love the raw footage from our dance floor - we have some absolutely hilarious shots of our friends and some very sweet slow dancing videos of us. The full length raw footage of the toasts are invaluable as well and our cake cutting video is unintentionally so funny (we really struggled to cut that cake) and I know our kids and grandkids will love watching it. We fully intend to make watching all of these videos part of our anniversary tradition and can't thank Mark enough for capturing these memories! Side note - Mark also had an incredible turnaround time for our video through a stroke of luck - we hired him knowing full well it could be 8-12 weeks before we got the video back and he surprised us by finishing it in just over a week!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Mark and his work. When it came to finding a videographer for our wedding day, our first and most important priority was that our wedding film would feel like us. We wanted an authentic, emotion-filled, beautiful video to look back on. We got that and so, so much more.

Not only is his work outstanding, but Mark is the consummate professional. Two weeks before our wedding, our original venue fell through. When we told Mark, he was completely unflappable, and confirmed that he would be there, wherever "there" was, and ready to shoot our day. And that he did.

“Mark was by far our best hire for our New Years Eve wedding! Communication with him was absolutely seamless. His easygoing demeanor was much appreciated during the craziness of the day. He was prompt with his arrival, in fact, he went to the site to shoot before he came to see my husband, then myself. We received the final video not even 2 days after the wedding day, would have been even quicker but I wanted to pick the background music which took a bit. To say I was in utter amazement at what he produced is an understatement. He somehow managed to capture every moment of our wedding with us not even realizing he was there. This is huge, there’s nothing worse than a videographer who’s standing in the middle of the aisle trying to capture a quick shot when the bride (or anyone in the wedding party) is coming down the aisle. Where do I even begin with Mark? I found him while looking at vendors on The Knot and my first impression of his work was just “wow”. I dabble with video myself so it was so important to me that we had a video of our big day… but honestly I can’t even call what Mark produced a video. That is a FILM. He tells his couples stories through stunning imagery and a storyline told through his couple and their most special people. So we locked in a date and I was ecstatic! Communication was great, our phone call went fantastic and got me excited all over again. The big day came and Mark was a dream. He was punctual, kind and calm. Mark was our videographer for our June 2021 wedding at our home and we would 1000% recommend him to anyone!

We first contacted Mark back in 2019 based on our wedding planner at the time's recommendation and after looking through Mark's work online. The quality and style of his videos really spoke to us and when we further chatted with Mark on the phone we knew we wanted to hire him. We were looking for a videographer that would beautifully capture both the small and big moments of our wedding as well as the emotion of the day. Unfortunately, the COVID pandemic came and pushed our wedding date 3 times and then led to a whole new plan. Once we had our new date and new place we reached back out to Mark and were beyond thrilled when he told us he was available on our date.

Leading up to our wedding day we had a handful of calls with Mark to talk through all the logistics and his plans which gave me so much comfort!

When we finally met Mark on our big day his vibe aligned exactly with ours and he truly seamlessly slipped right into our group and made everyone feel so comfortable. Ourselves, our friends and our families were all a bit hesitant about the idea of being recorded but Mark truly was not overbearing and he made everyone so comfortable we forgot he was there at times!

Mark also went above and beyond to capture all the elements of our day and traveled to a couple locations to make it all happen. He spent the entire day with us and stayed into the night as well. Mark also quickly clicked with our photographer and other vendors and worked great with them! They were truly a dream team! Mark connected with us right after our wedding to share how much he enjoyed capturing it and we continued to stay in contact until (and now after) he sent us our completed wedding video.

When we got our completed wedding video back from Mark my husband was speechless and I was a blubbering mess of tears. It's hard to articulate what Mark did. From the opening shots through the moments of speeches he chose, the little details he captured, the symbolism through his storytelling, the moments of our friends and family that he portrayed is unbelievable. We've watched the video more times than we can count and feel like we continue to pick up on new things each time. The value of having our story told through Mark's amazing work is immeasurable to us. We cannot recommend Mark enough to everyone we know and anyone who is looking for a truly great videographer for their special event. I wish we could have Mark use his talent to capture every special moment of our lives, he is truly a gifted editor and artist.

“Mark created the most beautiful wedding film for us, and delivered a super quick turnaround. I couldn’t believe what he was able to pull off as a solo shooter in just a couple of days. As a “COVID bride”, the downsizing of our wedding from a large oceanside event to a backyard minimony brought a lot of disappointment. I honestly don't even know where to begin with this review! Mark is so, so talented and it was his unique artistic filming style that led me to want to hire him for our wedding. As an artist myself, I didn't want the standard video of just the ceremony or some clips of dancing. I wanted something to capture all the little moments and details of what made our wedding special and Mark did exactly that. The short film was beautifully executed and in excellent quality. I know my husband and I and our family have enjoyed watching it multiple times over.
